PROBLEMS

Having trouble placing an order?
You can always place your order via email (info@studiofuse.be). You can copy your shopping cart, the order details, or simply send us the item number and size via email.
Please don’t forget to include your address details and, if applicable, your phone number. As always, we will process your order with the utmost care.

Not receiving our emails?
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email within an hour. We also send emails to keep you updated on your order status.

Didn’t receive a confirmation email?
Please contact us via email.
Your mailbox might be full, or the email address you provided may be incorrect. Our emails may also be filtered into your spam folder. To ensure you receive our emails, please add our email address info@studiofuse.be to your contacts or, for some email programs, to the “safe sender” list.

 

Did you place an order but want to modify or cancel it?
Please notify us via email (info@studiofuse.be).
If your order has already been shipped, you can return it upon receipt under the applicable return conditions.

Is your delivery delayed?
If you have not yet received your order, please wait a few more business days. In exceptional cases, the courier may take a few extra days to deliver your package.
If you have not received your order a week after it was shipped, please contact our customer service.

I received a damaged item
The goods were likely damaged during transport. Please return the damaged item within 30 days.
You can find our return procedures under “Returns.”
Kindly include a copy of the invoice and/or a note explaining the issue with your return. As soon as we receive the damaged item, we will issue an internal credit note and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

I received the wrong item
Please always check whether the item you received matches the one you ordered. If you accidentally received a different item, you may return it within 30 days.
To help us determine why you received the incorrect item, please note the reason for the return and the difference between the items on the back of the invoice.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue an internal credit note and send you the correct item as soon as possible.

I returned an item but haven’t received a refund yet
From the moment of cancellation, your return will be processed, and the refund will be issued within 14 days.
Please consider postal delivery times. Some packages sent from abroad may take a few days to two weeks to reach us.
