Returning an item within 30 days
Exchanges
Exchanging a piece of jewelry is very simple: just send the items back to us in their original jewelry box (if possible), including any certificates, etc. Please enclose your order receipt and indicate the reason for your return, as well as the new items you wish to receive in exchange. You do not need to return the ring sizing card—that is a gift for you.
Refunds
Are you returning a piece of jewelry but not immediately finding another item to exchange it for? No problem, we will refund your money hassle-free. The process is just as simple. Follow the same steps as above, and we will refund the full amount you paid to your account within 14 days of cancellation. If you originally paid for shipping costs, these will also be refunded. Discounted items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for another item or a store credit for the purchase amount of the discounted product.
Please note: Damaged, soiled, or worn items cannot be returned. If returns are abused, Amanto reserves the right to refuse future orders. If you receive a damaged piece of jewelry, you must report the damage to us within 14 days of receipt. If this period is exceeded, the damage will be considered "wear and tear," and the right to return or exchange the item will expire.
How to Return a Piece of Jewelry?

To ensure smooth processing of your return, please notify us in advance via email at info@studiofuse.be.
Important: Insufficiently stamped packages will be refused by the postal service and returned to you, often with additional postage fees. Please ensure that you pay the correct shipping costs.
Warranty on Jewelry
In the case of a manufacturing defect*, we will repair your jewelry free of charge if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we can repair your jewelry for a fee (if technically possible).
Damage, deformation, or wear due to use is not covered by this warranty. Just like clothing and shoes, jewelry undergoes normal wear and tear when worn. Handle your jewelry with care, avoid contact with water and detergents, and remove it before sleeping.
*Not considered manufacturing defects: Discoloration of jewelry (this is normal wear and tear), broken or twisted links, stones that have fallen out of jewelry that has been deformed (lost its original shape).
For bicolor jewelry (silver with a thin layer of gold), we advise customers to handle these items with extra care, as the gold layer is very thin.
How to Use the Warranty?
This process is also very simple. Most branded items come with a warranty certificate from the manufacturer. In other cases, your receipt or invoice serves as proof of warranty.
If you notice a defect within the warranty period, simply send the jewelry back to us along with the warranty certificate. We will exchange or repair it free of charge. If this is not possible, or if the exchanged item also has defects, you will receive a store credit for the original purchase amount.
